£14,000 basic plus uncapped commission scheme OTE £24,000 per annum in first year plus 4 weeks holiday and company car.

• Deliver first class presentations to clients
• Deliver first class creative to clients
• Deliver first class customer service to the client
• Share best practice with rest of sales team
• Seek out new ways to be innovative
• Responsible for ensuring the upkeep of client records
• Maintain effective communication between departments ie presentation and accounts
• Work within UKRD required elements
• Live and Breath the UKRD Core Values
• Find and deliver “New Business” for the radio station
• Use the telephone effectively to “sell” and make appointments
• Ensure company vehicle is clean at all times
• Have a good local knowledge
• A minimum of 2 years sales experience
